Consumer New Zealand has released the results of its reliability survey, which has been asking motorists to report on their past 12 months of car ownership each year since 1999.
The three manufacturers causing the least headaches year in and year out were Honda, Mazda and Toyota. [more...]

One Prius was used as a taxi in Vancouver and logged over 300,000 km - until Toyota coaxed the owner to give it back to them for evaluation. Perhaps even Toyota was amazed at the durability of its product, which developed no powertrain or other mechanical problems at all during its long life.
